Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The perfume must not be used more than 10%.
  • Orders with a value of 5,000 PKR or above are not eligible for return.
  • Returns due to “change of mind” are strictly not accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at tabeerfragrances@gmail.com or use the Return Form available on our website.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • contact us immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is:

  • Request a return for the original item.
  • Once approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
